I was born and raised in Los Angeles, a long-time New Englander and former lawyer who worked in higher ed. In 2018, I left my home and career and spent sixteen months traveling in Italy and New Zealand. I made wine, harvested olives, cooked at retreat centers, trekked to New Zealand’s many back-country huts, and just let my senses stretch out. The sense of clarity I gained led me to sound healing, having many years' experience with meditation and energy work.

By listening to the frequencies of sound healing instruments, I can read the energy of an individual or a group. I pick instruments and frequencies that respond to the imbalances and bring them into harmony. In particular, I have a knack for using sound to help people cut through whatever is stuck, weighing them down, or holding them back. 

I received my sound healing certification from the Sound Healing Academy. I offer multi-instrument and tuning fork workshops in partnership with the Academy, in New Mexico, Arizona and California.
