For more than 30 years, I cared for women and their families as a professional midwife in many settings, patiently waiting for babies to emerge and being with and attending to women and their families on physical and mental/emotional levels, before during and after the birth. During that same period, I was caretaking my own children and family members as a mother, wife and now, a grandmother. I believe these very personal experiences helped set the stage for the way I work in my Craniosacral practice. 

 

I was first introduced to Craniosacral work through my work with horses. I found the experience and the results so very potent it pushed me into training at the New Mexico School for the Healing Arts where I completed my certification over the course of several years with Etienne Peirsman, Zen Cranio Master. 

 

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle restorative bodywork that reconnects people to their body’s ancient intelligence, and can provide a deep healing experience and greater spiritual awareness. Through this reconnection, people can discover greater clarity about their life’s purpose and physical healing. Each client responds to the therapy in their own way and it is a beautiful journey to share with them.
